GENERAL PROGRAM & EVENTS (PRELIMINARY INFORMATION)

GENERAL EXHIBITION HOURS
- Gates & Exhibition Area Opening: 10:00 AM
- Exhibition Area Closing: 6:00 PM
- BSF Sunset Party (Events Area / Waterfront): From 6:00 PM to 9:30 PM
FRIDAY, OCTOBER 16, 2026
- 10:00 AM – Exhibition Opening: Gates open and access to In-Water and On-Land exhibition areas begins.
- 10:00 AM – Official Opening Ceremony: Ribbon-cutting ceremony and official welcome remarks by Authorities at the main entrance of Marina Orikum.
- 10:30 AM – 1:30 PM – B2B Matchmaking (Session 1): Pre-arranged bilateral business meetings reserved for industry operators, curated by UpLink in the Safin Hotel Lounge.
- Access: Free access for all official BSF Exhibitors and Partners. For external operators, paid registration is required by October 5, 2026 (registration link will be available shortly).
- 2:30 PM – 6:00 PM – Balkans Blue Economy Summit – Session I (Safin Hotel Conference Room). Free admission upon registration, subject to seat availability (registration link will be available shortly).
- 6:00 PM – 9:30 PM – BSF Sunset Party: Shows, live music, and an exclusive DJ Set by the sea immediately following the closing of the exhibition stands.
SATURDAY, OCTOBER 17, 2026
- 10:00 AM – Exhibition Area Opening: Sea trials, onboard visits, and active stands.
- 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM – B2B Matchmaking (Session 2): Second day of networking and B2B meetings curated by UpLink in the Safin Hotel Lounge.
- Access: Free access for BSF Exhibitors and Partners; mandatory paid registration for external participants by October 5, 2026 (registration link will be available shortly).
- 2:30 PM – 6:00 PM – Balkans Blue Economy Summit – Session II (Safin Hotel Conference Room). Free admission upon registration, subject to seat availability (registration link will be available shortly).
- 6:00 PM – 9:30 PM – BSF Sunset Party: Sunset aperitif, live artistic performances, and DJ Set for exhibitors, guests, and visitors.
SUNDAY, OCTOBER 18, 2026
- 10:00 AM – Exhibition Area Opening: Stands open, public visits, and sea trials.
- 2:30 PM – 6:00 PM – Balkans Blue Economy Summit – Session III (Safin Hotel Conference Room). Free admission upon registration, subject to seat availability (registration link will be available shortly).
- 6:00 PM – Official closing of exhibition spaces for the second edition.
- 6:00 PM – 9:30 PM – BSF Closing Sunset Party: Official closing event featuring live music, entertainment, and DJ Set.
